How is the self-priming structure of the centrifugal self-priming pump designed? How does this design ensure that the pump body can quickly suck out the air in the pipeline when it starts working and realize the self-priming function?

The centrifugal self-priming pump is unique among many pump products with its unique self-priming ability. The design of the self-priming structure of HUANYU's centrifugal self-priming pump is undoubtedly the crystallization of technology and wisdom. The gas-liquid separation chamber is cleverly located at the top of the pump body, like a precise control center, responsible for the preliminary separation of the inhaled air and liquid at the beginning of the pump startup. This design not only ensures that the air will not interfere with the normal delivery of the liquid, but also lays a solid foundation for the subsequent air discharge process.
The reflux valve, as a key component in the self-priming process, is crucial to accelerate the discharge of air and achieve rapid self-priming. When the pump starts, the reflux valve opens quickly, allowing the liquid in the pump body (or the first injection of water) to form a circulation path with the inhaled air, and accelerate the discharge of air through the rotation of the impeller. During this process, the geometry, speed and material selection of the impeller are all precisely calculated and optimized to ensure efficient mixing and separation of air and liquid.
As the impeller continues to rotate, the gas-liquid mixture is further separated in the gas-liquid separation chamber, the air is directed to the top and discharged through the exhaust port, and the liquid returns to the impeller inlet to participate in the next round of circulation. This process is like a carefully choreographed dance, every movement and every rotation is accurate and correct, and together interprets the miracle of self-priming.
When the amount of air in the pipeline is significantly reduced and the pressure in the pump body reaches the preset threshold, the automatic control system intervenes in time and accurately closes the reflux valve. The pump officially enters the normal water supply stage and delivers liquid efficiently and continuously. This transformation marks the successful completion of the self-priming process and also indicates that the pump will begin its stable and efficient working journey.
